We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge up to full price for custom work orders that require outsourced materials before beginning work. Our products are not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any medical disorder or disease. 

 

Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Zelle, and check. We do not accept wire transfers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.

 

Quotations, Shipping, and Delivery 

We strive to meet our quotation window. However, we do not guarantee product completion by the date we provide you. Any indication of your quote found on the website is estimated and for general purposes only. We ship to the United States and internationally. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for the loss of a product when it leaves our facility. We are willing to replace lost parts on a case-by-case basis. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. We do not guarantee a delivery date for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is guaranteed or a full refund of shipping costs will be issued to the client, except in the case of courier error. 

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept general returns, nor do we issue refunds. We are willing to work with you to create a product you will enjoy, which is why we offer rapid prototyping services. We accept returns with manufacturing/plating defects within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

 

Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
